We value your time. We have tried to make requesting an appointment a simple process via this Website. Once you reserve an appointment with our office, if for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide us with 2 business days notice to make any changes.
- Emergencies seen same day - We may not always be able to do the treatment you require depending on several factors, however we will always see a patient in pain and ensure you will be on your way to better oral health!
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Didsbury Dental Center does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
We accept cash, debit or credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). We also offer flexible payment plans for extensive dental treatment based on the needs of individuals. Please see our Financial Coordinator/Office Manager for details. We are happy to direct bill your insurance company, providing your dental plan allows for payment to the dentist. You can check with your plan administrator for this information.
Patient portions are due at the time of visit. If for any reason your Insurance plan does not notify us of their exact payment amount, we will collect an estimated portion based on your percentage of coverage. Credit card information will be kept on our secure system and your uncovered amount will be charged to your card upon receiving the insurance payment. Please ask our administrative team if you have any further questions. We are here to help you obtain the best dental care.
