While we do not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMOs), we are happy to file your insurance claims on your behalf. If your plan allows you to choose your own dentist, we will happily file insurance claims for your reimbursement. Our goal is to help you receive the dental care you need without unnecessary stress or delays.

Direct Billing
We are happy to direct bill your insurance company, provided your dental plan allows payment directly to the dentist. You can confirm this with your plan administrator prior to your visit.
Patient Responsibility
Patient portions are due at the time of your visit. If your insurance company does not immediately provide an exact payment amount, we will collect an estimated portion based on your percentage of coverage.
For your convenience, we securely store credit card information in our system to process any remaining balance once the insurance payment is received. This ensures a smooth and transparent billing experience for every patient.
